A mineral and savoury Riesling with a broad, layered texture, saline freshness and subtle oxidative complexity. Bright acidity and a long, dry finish make this feel more like a Northern Italian white than a classic Riesling.
Winemaking:
Riesling from the Antipodes vineyard in the Coal River Valley. Hand-harvested, whole bunch pressed, and racked off solids to seasoned French oak for fermentation. 2 years elevage on full lees before racking to tank for bottling. No added sulphites.
