2021 ‘Estate’ Pinot Noir
Estate-grown fruit (clones 2051, 8104, 8048, 114, 115, H7V15, 18GM) from 33-year-old dry-grown vines at Birchs Bay. Hand-harvested, open-top fermentation for 2 weeks with a small proportion of whole bunches (30%). Aged in seasoned French oak for 15 months before racking to tank for bottling.
