
R.D'meure 2019 Coal Valley Riesling
The Riesling sees 24 hours maceration on skins, then is barrel fermented. Aged for 1 year in old French oak Barriques, and then 1 year in bottle in before release.
Savoury and textural. Nice with a slight chill, but gives most at room temperature.
500 bottle (60 cases) produced. ABV 11.2%. Contains Sulphites.
