2020 Coal Valley Pinot Noir
Pinot Noir from Antipodes vineyard in the Coal River Valley. Dark fruits, concentrated, and intense. Will open up nicely with some air. Good to drink now, or keep in the cellar for a while.
Winemaking:
6 weeks maceration as whole berries in stainless steel. Full malolactic fermentation, 12 months on lees in old French oak barriques. Unfiltered and unfined. No added sulphites. 11.9% ABV.
