A light skin-contact wine with gentle texture and richness from barrel ageing, offering a soft, rounded expression while retaining vibrant freshness and delicate minerality.
Winemaking:
Riesling from Pressing Matters Vineyard in the Coal River Valley. This second version of the wine is crafted from the same fruit as the first “orange” Riesling. It is a blend of one barrel of free-run juice, taken immediately after crushing, and a second barrel fermented on skins for two weeks. No added sulphites.
45 dozen produced.
